More than 1,000 Fort Meade items on display from the 2nd and 3rd Seminole Wars and Civil War’s Battle of Bowlegs Creek. Plus, era weapons display. Plus, living history re-enactors from all three historic events in the area will be camping on the grounds at the Fort Meade Museum, 1 Tecumseh Ave., Fort Meade, FL. This is a partnership venture with the Historic Fort Meade Outpost™, the economic development project and historic tourism destination planned at Peace River. See events page for more details.
